Registration
Refer to the course schedule below to register or view the trainings. Course descriptions are also provided for more detail. To receive an invite to the live session, you must register using the links in the course schedule. Providers have the option to attend either session type below:
- Live session – Conducted by a subject matter expert (SME) at the dates/times listed.
- On-demand – A recorded version of the live session can be viewed at any time. You can download the training material and associated documents and ask questions of the SME as part of the training.
Attestation requirements
At the end of a training session, you are directed to a short survey and attestation to document that you completed the training. Attestations must be completed by all attendees. If you log in as a group, submit your own attestations separately to ensure each attendee receives credit.
Send questions about the courses, registration or accessing attestation by email.
IPA responsibility
Review the courses below. Determine the target audience for each training and share the information accordingly. Depending on the training, this could include staff member(s) in your organization and/or all contracted providers in your group(s).
If you have internal training material that you believe meets the needs of one or more of these sessions, email the material for review. If approved, you will receive a request for training records and attestation of training completion as evidence.
Quarterly training roster
Every quarter, Delegation Oversight provides the IPA/MSO with the current list of trainees who have completed training based on our records. This helps you track your organization’s progress toward meeting the requirements. Once all required attendees have completed the training, an attestation will be signed by leadership in California Health & Wellness Plan (CHWP) utilization management or case management.
Adherence to these training requirements and completion of attestations will be evaluated as part of your annual CHWP Delegation Oversight Utilization Management (UM) compliance audit.
