Courses highlight the latest diabetes guidelines
Overcoming Therapeutic Inertia Workshop – This will address methods to combat therapeutic inertia by applying the latest research and technology, understanding patient barriers to care, and the value of setting clear and collaborative goals with patients.
· Who should attend? Endocrinologists, certified diabetes educators, primary care providers, and support staff involved in clinical care and/or care management.
· CE credits. No CE credits are offered.
Diabetes Is Primary – This will highlight the latest diabetes guidelines and tools to improve patient engagement, treatment plans and outcomes.
· Who should attend? Primary care providers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, and other health care professionals who manage patients with diabetes in a primary care setting.
· CE credits. Earn up to six CE credits and six Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points for this course.
