Upcoming Provider Webinar: Decreasing NTSV Cesarean Section Rates - Putting it into Practice

California Health & Wellness, Health Net of California, Inc., and CalViva Health are presenting a webinar to assist participating hospitals in reducing the nulliparous, term, singleton, vertex (NTSV) cesarean section rates.

Participating hospitals are encouraged to attend the informational / educational webinar to learn about reducing NTSV cesarean delivery rates and share best practices.

The webinar is Thursday, April 19, 2018, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pacific time (PT). L. Jeanine Arndal, MD, FACOG, of Northern Inyo Healthcare District will be presenting. Northern Inyo was on the Smart Care Initiative Hospital C-Section Honor Roll for the past two years.

Topics include:

  • Discussion of practices to prevent the first cesarean section.
  • Preterm premature rupture of membranes (pPROM).
  • Unique hospital practices.
  • Results and continued work.
